WELCOM TO BARKS A LOT PET RESORT
Welcome to Barks A Lot Pet Resort! We are family-owned and operated pet boarding, day camp and grooming facility located in Round Rock, Texas.
When you need a team of friendly, caring, and trustworthy pet lovers to watch over and play with your precious fur-babies, we are always here for you. We have helped countless pet owners with our dog & cat boarding, day camp, and pet grooming services over the years.
Whether you’re going out of town or looking to socialize your pet while you’re away at work.
We are your local and dependable solution for or all you and your pets needs.
Our facility is monitored with video surveillance , smoke & fire monitioring and has staff on site 24/7, and we are open to our boarders 365 days a year.
Our facility offers luxury dog & cat private lodging quarters, but at a much more affordable price.
We offer two outdoor play yards that all dogs in boarding and day-camp use to make new canine friends. All boarders' and day campers' will have hours of interactive play time to exercise and make new friends at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE .
Our outdoor play yards are equipped with turf, and a 7' wooden privacy fence along with other safety features, to ensue the safety of your pets.
Important information
Because we are an all-inclusive facility, all dogs are required to go through an initial evaluation for a minimum of 6 hours, before owners can book any daycare or boarding dates.
The evaluation cost is $25.00 from 7:00am-6:30pm Monday-Friday.

Requirements you need to know :
Pets MUST be Flea/tick free & in good overall health.
Pets MUST wear a collar & leash upon entry/exit
Pets MUST be people & dog friendly (no excepetions)
Any breed could be turned away for behavior reasons, kennel aggresion
or any past aggression history.
**Pets six months and older**
If not Spayed or Neutered there will be NO GROUP PLAY, and a extra $20.00 per day will be added to your reservation.
Individual play is as follows pet(s) play one on one with our staff or other family pets ONLY if applicable.
**PLEASE NOTE: IN THE EVENT THAT YOUR PET GOES INTO HEAT WHILE BOARDING , AN ADDITIONAL $50.00/PER DAY FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR RESERVATION.
(EXAMPLE: $50.00 Nightly rate+$20.00 Non Spayed/Neutered fee+$50.00 In heat fee=$120.00 PER NIGHT)
PLEASE DO NOT BOARD YOUR PETS IF YOU KNOW THEY WILL BE ENTERING A HEAT CYCYLE- THIS ADDS UN-NEEDED STRESS TO YOUR PET AND THOSE ALSO BOARDING WITH US.
ALL VACCINATIONS MUST BE GIVEN 7-DAYS PRIOR TO BOARDING/GROOMING/DAY CARE!
Dogs: Rabies, Distemper/Lepto/Parvo & Bordetella
Cats: Rabies, FVRCP
*Please note - we require bordetella every six months if it was administered orally or nasally - no exceptions will be made to this rule*
IF you bring your own pill pockets, peanut butter, cheese, etc....
for your pet(s) oral medication there will be no extra charge
IF we use OUR Pill Pockets You will charge $1.00 per Pill Pocket used daily
Injections or daily medication applications (eye cleaning, fold cleaning or topical will be a $5.00/per injections daily or per pet medication daily treatment.
All medication must come in a clearly marked container (preferably the original container WITH pets first and last name ).
**PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A 3% CREDIT CARD CONVENIENCE FEE ON ALL TRANSACTIONS. (WE DO TAKE CASH IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO PAY THE 3%FEE)
BOARDING QUARTERS
Our overnight lodging is all-inclusive:
Our facility has Spacious, private, and climate-controlled lodging quarters.
All Dog lodging quarters are 3-Sided ceramic tile with individual floor drain.
We provide ALL bowls, comfy cots & fuzzy blankets.
Daily TLC and wellness checks preformed by our loving staff.
Continuous housekeeping to ensure a clean boarding environment for your pet.
Soothing music played throughout the facility 24/7.
Meals are tailored for each pet(s) needs and are served twice a day or as requested.
(Please bring your pets food to prevent any tummy issues.)
We do offer high-quality pet food for an additional charge in the event your pet runs out of food or if their food was forgotten at home.
Tasty treats are given at bedtime.
Numerous hours of playtime – with NO EXTRA CHARGE!
OUT DOOR PLAY AREAS
Our outdoor play areas have large covered patios with a cool water mist system
Spring/Summer kiddie pools are used for cooling off fromTexas heat.
Boarders are taken outside for hours of playtime – NO EXTRA CHARGE!
While outside, pet(s) interact and play with other pet(s) & staff.

Individual play are for those who don’t get along well with others, old age or 6 months of age who are not Spayed/Neutered
